Here we go again

So I didn't lose ALL the weight before JBT, but I did lose a bit...I felt great, and had fun. But I might be going to two concerts in Decemeber, so it's back to work again. Here's me now:



So it's back to baked chicken and BodyFlex for me...

Not last week, but the one before, I spent the week at my grandma's house, and amazingly, lost around 5 pounds and ALOT of inches. But ever since I got home, I've been gaining weight back, and gained back the five I lost.

I have to lose this weight before August! I need some support. I did eat fast food while I was at my grandma's house, but I also ate diet meals and I walked, ALOT.

Here at home, there's always junk food because of my family, and we had pizza the other day, which killed me. I don't walk around, because my neighborhood is dangerous and I have a hard time pulling myself away from the computer to excerise.

I need advice. What should I do? I don't wanna gain everything back that I've lost! Help!

I am now re-obsessed with Clay, which means all of my inspiration to lose weight is back! I cried at a buffet today, because I was afraid I would overeat. X.x; Silly me.

-Four pieces of quesodias (sp?) and a few breakfast potatos from Perkins.
-A spoon of rice and terriaki (sp?) chicken and a roll and a bit of salad from Golden Corral

And all water/0-tea to drink. And my dad is gunna put up the treadmill tomorrow so I can use that. I have GOT to lose this weight before August. Preferably before July...but yea. O.o; I've lost ten already, and I can tell the difference. I look alot different. But I have to keep working on it. Fer Clay!

Wow. I've been REALLY bad with updating this lately. Lazy me. Well, we found this AMAZING thing. Tea, with zero EVERYTHING. No calories or NOTHING! And it is amazing. Seriously. The best thing ever. There's lemonade too, but I haven't tried it yet. Haha. I also made myself a good chicken recipe that I think I mentioned here already, but I eat that everyday. I've lost 10 pounds since I've started. Woot. I tried on some old clothes today, and was like OMG it kinda fits! O.O; I can put on alot of stuff now I couldn't even pull up or down before. XD I am trying to lose at least five more pounds before I go to North Carolina next Thursday.

-Baked chicken with melted cheese and sour cream
-McDonalds mcgrill chicken sandwich

Oops. I've been too busy to update this...my grandma flew in and I've been forgetting.

-5 Quasodea strips(Sp? I know it's wrong. Don't care x.x)

-A few fries and onion rings

And I had some ice tea today. Bad me. But mostly water.

Spent time around the pool again today. And did a LOT of BodyFlex. And food..I was bad with food today.

-A piece of pizza with ranch dressing
-A piece of chicken
-6 onion rings
-A few spoonfuls of rice
-Half a cookie

Today was a lazy day. Woke up at 12, and went poolside with Hallie to tan. (For those who don't know, Hallie is my dog...she was a good pool buddy, after she learned a few things. One, you don't lick the lotion off the sunbather, and two, you don't STEP on the sunbather.) But I did swim for a few hours also.

So food.

-Two pieces of pizza with ranch dressing
-Half a piece of pizza with ranch dressing

And all water to drink. ^.^ And about to do some BodyFlex before bed...

Alright, so my exercise was walking around Universal for four some hours. And some BodyFlex before bed. And my food...

-A McGrill Chicken Sandwich from McDonalds
-A piece of Parmasian Chicken (Though I did snack on at least half another piece later. Bad me)

And all water, except I accidently took a sip of Sprite to take some meds, cuz I thought it was water. Man. Soda is nasty O.o; And Sprite used to be one of my fav sodas too...haha...Anyway, down to 156....46 pounds to go.
